This currently points back to old website but is being imported here page by page. The current Handbook should probably be split in to two sections. All the skiing and equipment tips and then Club Policies and Procedures.
Doing the Handbook as these two or the all in one would be a discrete job for someone interested and skilled. The easiest thing is just to link to old one but it can't be updated easily.
