Prepare annual report and accounts for the members. The accounts to include an income and expenditure accounts, balance sheet, and notes to the accounts. The balance sheet to include physical assets, creditors, accrued expenses, debtors and prepayments. The notes will state the principal accounting policies under which the accounts are prepared, and provide sufficient details of income, expenditure, assets and liabilities to enable the membership to have a satisfactory understanding of the financial performance of the ESTC, and of its state of affairs. |
