Event booking procedure
To make a booking on one of the weekend trips listed on the Events calendar, email the Meets Secretary first to check availability. If there are spaces left, you will be asked to pay the accommodation costs first. Once payment has been received you will be confirmed on the meet. If  the meet is booked up, they may be able to put you on a waiting list. 

To make a payment please do so by:

​Please include in the payment reference your surname and what it’s for. E.g. “CORROUR SMITH”Then please send an email to let the Organiser know you have done this so they can check the account and confirm your place on the Meet.
