Birthday Cake Instructions: buy packet of Norwegian carrot cake mix. Mix and cook in front of birthday girl without her noticing. Construct skier using marzipan - but hide in bedroom as this takes a lot of time. An alternative cake can be made with chocolate cake mix. In this case grated white chocolate and tangerines make realistic image of skier in snow. In absence of grater use cheese slice (a greater grater) to grate the chocolate (but birthday girl may get suspicious when she sees cheese slice coming out of bedroom - quip that it is being used for dealing with hard skin on feet)
