Mellow Velo recognises that cycling and other outdoor activities are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement. All members of a group undertaking Mellow Velo activities must be aware that leaders of cycle rides and other activities are not necessarily qualified, do not need to be qualified and are not regarded by Mellow Velo nor regard themselves as 'experts'.
